The business had an established consumer platform alongside expanding enterprise opportunities. As its market, customers and products evolved, the team needed senior product capability that could cut through competing possibilities and identify where its effort would create the most value.

Cartisan operated as an embedded product lead, supporting market and opportunity analysis, product positioning, roadmap decisions and prioritisation. We helped the team sharpen its value proposition and focus investment on the opportunities most likely to support growth.

The role was also highly practical. Depending on what the business needed, the work included user research, website and brand development, workflows, prototypes, interface design, product documentation and support for enterprise customer requirements.

We worked directly with the development team, running stand-ups and resolving product and design challenges as they emerged. We also established supporting knowledge systems and introduced AI-assisted workflows for research, documentation and product delivery.

This combination of systems-level thinking and hands-on execution gave the business senior product leadership without separating strategy from the everyday work required to move the product forward.
